The authors report a patient with Guillain-Barré syndrome who developed acute hypertension, reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome, ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, and reversible cerebral arterial vasoconstriction shortly after initiating intravenous immune globulin therapy.
